Zendesk Integration
Ingest all data from Zendesk platform and have it searchable and accessible to BuildBetter chat and documents.
Run signals over this data to get product insights, such as feature requests, bugs, issues, and complaints.
Use those signals or the raw data to generate reports or run workflows over them. This is great for support, customer success, and product teams.
The setup is pretty simple. All of them require a BuildBetter account and a plan that allows the specific integration. They are enabled for all organizations. Requires a Zendesk workspace with API credentials and access.
Setup Guide
- Navigate to https://app.buildbetter.app/settings/org/integrations
- Scroll to Zendesk integration.
- Enter your Zendesk API key.
- Configure shareability and settings (see screenshot).
- Click Connect.
